Payments & Pricing

What are your payment terms? We believe in making things easy. We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards (via a secure card reader), and bank transfers. Payment is required upon completion of the job. Please note that we do not accept cheques.

Do you charge for the Congestion Charge, ULEZ, or Parking?

• ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone): Great news! Our van is modern and fully compliant with all of London's strict eco-standards. Therefore, we do not charge our customers any ULEZ fees.

• Parking: Customers are responsible for arranging suitable parking. Any parking fees or fines incurred due to a lack of legal parking will be added to the final bill.

• Congestion Charge & Tolls: If your move goes through the Central London Congestion Charge zone or requires toll roads, these standard fees will be added to your final quote. We will always discuss the best route with you beforehand.

What if I need to cancel my move? We understand that plans change. We simply ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a standard cancellation fee may apply.

The Moving Process

What areas do you service? While East London is our home turf, we cover all of London and frequently handle National (UK-wide) relocations.

What are your working hours? Moving rarely fits into a 9-to-5 schedule. We operate 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays, to suit your busy timeline.

I don’t know what size van I need. Can you help? We have eliminated the guesswork for you. We operate a very spacious Extra Long Wheelbase (XLWB) High Roof Van. It is large enough to handle full flat moves and bulky furniture comfortably. If you are unsure if everything will fit, just send us a few photos on WhatsApp!

Do your vans have a tail-lift? No, our XLWB van does not have a tail-lift. However, as an experienced father and son team, we use professional ramps, trolleys, and safe lifting techniques to load and unload heavy items securely.

Can I help with loading and unloading? Absolutely! If you want to save money, you can choose our "Van Only" rate (£50 p/h) and do the loading yourself, or our standard "Man & Van" rate (£75 p/h) where you help the driver load. We recommend you handle the lighter boxes while we take care of the large, heavy, and awkward furniture.

Can you organise cleaning services for my old/new place?

Yes! Alongside our removals business, our family also runs Multi Clean London.

We provide professional End-of-Tenancy Cleaning and deep Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.
