Payments & Pricing
What are your payment terms? Payment is strictly Cash upon completion of the job.
Bank Transfer / PayPal: We also accept these methods, but payment must be cleared in advance (before the move begins).
Cheques: Please note that we do not accept cheques under any circumstances.
Do you charge for Congestion Charge, Parking, or Tolls?
Parking & Congestion Charge: These are not included in the quote and are the customer's responsibility.
Tolls: If a route via toll roads/motorways is faster, our driver will discuss this with you. Using toll roads often saves travel time and money. If agreed, the toll cost will be added to the final invoice.
What if I need to cancel my move? We understand that plans change. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.
The Moving Process
What areas do you service? We cover everything: Local (all of London), National (UK-wide), and International moves.
What are your working hours? We operate 24/7 to suit your schedule.
Please note: Moves scheduled between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM may incur an out-of-hours surcharge. Please contact us for details.
Can I help with loading and unloading? Yes! Since it is your property, you are welcome to help us move items to and from the van.
Money-Saving Tip: If you want to help to reduce the time (and cost), we suggest you handle the lighter boxes and let us handle the large, heavy, or difficult furniture. That is what you hired us for!
Do your vans have a tail-lift? No, our vans do not have tail-lifts. However, our team is experienced in safe loading and unloading techniques.
I don’t know what size van I need. Can you help? Absolutely. Give us a call on 07424283700 and describe your items. We will recommend the most cost-effective van size for your specific move.
Packing, Cleaning & Special Items
Can you deliver boxes and packaging materials? Yes. We can deliver high-quality boxes and packing materials to your door anywhere inside the M25. Please contact us for current prices.
Do you offer pre-packing and unpacking services? Yes, we can handle the packing for you to save you time. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you move pianos? Yes, we move upright pianos (weighing no more than 150kg).
There is NO extra fixed fee for the piano itself.
However, safety is our priority. Moving a piano requires an extra helper, which is charged at an additional hourly rate. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have a piano.
Do you move antiques and fine art? Yes, we treat delicate items with the utmost care. Please contact us for more details.
Can you organise cleaning services? Yes! We are a family business that also runs Multi Clean London. We can provide a full range of services including: End-of-Tenancy Cleaning and Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
